Simply warm the grill on high for 15 minutes with the lid closed before cleaning the grates with a Weber Stainless Steel Grill Brush. Is white vinegar a degreaser?
Distilled vinegar (often referred to as white vinegar) can be used as a degreaser on its own. When sprayed to oily surfaces, either with a spray bottle or a cloth, vinegar should be able to cut through the majority of the grease with only minor rubbing. 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water is a good ratio. Allow for 5-10 minutes of resting time before washing thoroughly with water.
